Why Senwill Exists
Senwill was established in 2008 as the manufacturing arm under Charmss Corporate, starting with a small team of 8 in Bayan Lepas, Penang. From day one, our goal was simple: give brand owners — from first-time founders to multi-market exporters — a manufacturing partner they could trust.
Over the years, we expanded from skincare into haircare, body care, fragrance and coffee, and grew our reach across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Central Asia. Today, we serve brands in over 15 countries with a workforce exceeding 30 people.
We believe cosmetic manufacturing should be accessible through clear processes, practical guidance and dependable quality — not opaque timelines or confusing requirements.

Senwill Established
Founded as the manufacturing arm under Charmss Corporate, starting with 8 people in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Initial focus on skincare and cosmetic OEM for local brands.
Category & Market Expansion
Expanded into haircare, body care, coffee and functional beverages. Reached export markets in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Turkey, Iran and Kazakhstan.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification from Global GROUP — formalising the quality management systems that were already core to our manufacturing approach.
Serving 15+ Countries
A team of 30+ serving brand owners across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Central Asia — with Halal, ISO and GMP certified manufacturing from our Penang facility.
